Restaurant Captain / Head Waiter Goa

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless dining experience. Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests. Team Management: Supervise, train, and schedule dining room staff, including servers, bussers, and hosts. Conduct daily briefings to communicate key information and assign duties. Ensure that all team members adhere to service standards and company policies. Service Operations: Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff. Monitor the quality and presentation of food and beverages before serving to guests. Assist in the preparation of dining areas, including setting tables, polishing cutlery, and folding napkins. Financial Responsibilities: Manage billing procedures, ensuring accurate guest checks and payments. Monitor and control inventory of dining room supplies and report needs to the manager.
