Qualifications and Skills

Staff nurse experience (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in staff nurse responsibilities in healthcare settings.

Proficient in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Skilled in providing care for neonates with critical conditions, ensuring their health and safety.

Competent in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU): Ability to administer care for critically ill children and support their families effectively.

Experienced in Coronary Care Unit (CCU): Capability to manage patients with cardiac concerns, monitoring their vital signs and adjusting treatments.

Emergency care expertise: Proficiency in handling urgent medical situations, offering timely and productive interventions to save lives.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) proficiency: Skilled in providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients requiring constant monitoring.

Excellent communication skills: Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and convey instructions and information clearly to patients.

Solid problem-solving abilities: Aptitude for assessing complex patient situations and implementing effective care solutions promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various intensive care units such as NICU, PICU, and CCU.

Monitor patients' vital signs, implement nursing care plans, and assess medical conditions.

Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, health maintenance, and preventative measures.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of patient data and care procedures.

Adhere to established nursing protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care.

Respond promptly to emergencies, administer medications, and assist in medical procedures.
