Service Technician (Goa)

Position: Sr. Service Technician / Service Engineer Location: Goa (North & South Goa) Open Positions: 2 (Field/Site visit) Experience Required: 3–5 Years Industry Preference: FMCG / Bottling / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Compensation: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA (Based on experience and suitability) About the Role We are looking for dynamic and technically skilled Engineers / Senior Engineers to join our plant maintenance team in Goa. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery in FMCG, bottling, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of plant machinery on a daily basis
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities
- Diagnose equipment faults and implement corrective actions efficiently
- Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and coordination with operations teams
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment history records
- Ensure adherence to industrial safety standards and maintenance protocols
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for machine performance and reliability
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for repairs and spare management when required Required Skills & Expertise
- Experience in bottling line maintenance
- Knowledge of FMCG plant maintenance operations
- Exposure to pharmaceutical machinery maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
- Understanding of industrial safety practices and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
