Executive Housekeeper Goa

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards. Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, well-maintained, and meet health and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance. Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., front office, maintenance, F&B;) to address guest needs and operational issues. Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Prepare and manage departmental budgets and control expenses. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations. Maintain records related to housekeeping operations, including staff attendance, supply usage, and maintenance issues. Qualifications & Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred. Experience: Minimum 35 years as housekeeper role, preferably in a hotel or resort. Skills: Solid leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment. Familiarity with housekeeping software and inventory systems. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
