Business Development Manager (Goa)

Urgent Opening for a direct role with our esteemed client: We are looking for candidates who are currently working as Branch Manager,Area Manager or Cluster Manager. Position: Area Manager-Gold Loan Operations Work Location: Goa Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the overall performance of assigned Gold Loan branches
- Drive business sourcing, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Ensure achievement of branch and area-level business targets
- Supervise branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
- Lead, guide, and motivate branch teams for improved productivity and performance
- Monitor portfolio quality, customer service standards, and operational efficiency
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews
- Coordinate with regional leadership on business strategies and execution Eligibility Criteria:
- 4–5 years of experience in Gold Loan operations
- Prior experience in branch handling or area/cluster management preferred
- Strong leadership, team handling, and business development skills
- Positive understanding of Gold Loan products, operations, and market dynamics
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
