Environment, Health and Safety Manager (Goa)

- Develop and implement plant-wide HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to Factory Act, Pollution Control Board, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Hazardous Waste Management, and Labour Laws.
- Drive Zero Harm culture through proactive safety initiatives and behavioural safety programs.
- Conduct risk assessments, HIRA/JSA studies, safety audits, and compliance inspections.
- Lead incident investigation, CAPA implementation, and root cause analysis for accidents and near misses.
- Monitor occupational health standards and industrial hygiene practices.
- Ensure proper management of hazardous materials, waste disposal, emissions, and environmental sustainability programs.
- Organize safety training, emergency response drills, firefighting preparedness, and contractor safety management. Experience: 10 to 15 Years Education: Degree in Engineering with a Bachelor’s/Diploma in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field required. Certified Safety Officer
