Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Quality ControlSupervise and execute daily cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, yoga shala, spa rooms, and the café area. Ensure all rooms are perfectly set up before guest check-ins according to Palmorama’s standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct regular inspections of occupied and vacant rooms to ensure zero compromise on cleanliness and setup. Oversee upkeep and poolside cleanliness surrounding our chemical-free natural pool. 2. Inventory & Eco-Friendly ManagementManage inventory for linens, guest amenities, uniforms, and cleaning supplies. Ensure strict adherence to our sustainable practices by sourcing and utilizing non-toxic, eco-friendly, and organic cleaning agents. Coordinate with the laundry team/vendors to ensure timely availability of fresh, crisp linen. 3. Team Leadership & CoordinationTrain and mentor housekeeping attendants on premium boutique hospitality standards and eco-conscious cleaning practices. Coordinate closely with the Front Office/General Manager regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and special guest requests.
