Business Development Manager Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Goa, India Employment Type: Full-Time Urgent Hiring About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Manager to manage relationships across clubs, bars, lounges, and restaurants. This role focuses on brand placement, activations, and driving product adoption within the hospitality channel.Key Responsibilities Client Relationship&Account Management Build strong relationships with outlet owners, GMs, F&B heads, purchase teams, and bar managers. Regularly visit on-trade outlets to pitch products and close placements. Sales Execution Negotiate agreements, finalize orders, and manage account profitability. Ensure consistent brand representation across all outlets. Marketing&Activations Plan and execute events, samplings, and promotional activities. Deploy merchandise, POS materials, and brand assets in outlets. Coordinate with marketing and operations to align activities with brand goals. Insights&Reporting Track competitor movements and market trends. Provide insights to the team and recommend actionable strategies. Maintain daily reports of visits, closures, and activities. Skills&Qualifications Prior experience in On Trade sales (Alcohol/Beverage industry preferred). Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to influence decision-makers in hospitality environments. Self-driven with strong planning and field execution ability.
