Store Manager - smart point (Goa)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Oversee floor management, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

- Implement retail strategies to drive sales growth, reduce shrinkage, and improve profitability.

- Supervise store staff, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or related field (preferably from FMCG industry).

- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
