Procurement Executive - Goa

Role & responsibilities Handle GRN , Inbound and outbound operations , stock handle , procure to pay.

Supply Scheduling & Delivery Management: Plan & manage supply schedules for New Commerce business for the assigned WHs Oversee deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment & optimize capacity utilization

Procure-to-Pay Process Management: Coordinate end-to-end P2P activities including vendor confirmation, goods receipt processing, DN/RTV clearance, & invoice reconciliation Ensure compliance with company procurement policies & timely approvals as per SOPs

Vendor Database & Relationship Management: Create & maintain a comprehensive vendor database with accurate & updated information Preferred candidate profile Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven work experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or vendor management Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems (preferred) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4ndx26
