Team Leader
- Production Location: Verna, Goa Experience: 3+ years Key Responsibilities:

- Production Oversight: Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of operators and helpers, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that product meet quality standards; conduct inspections and coordinate with the QA department for any issues.
- Maintenance Coordination: Ensure regular maintenance of machines; report breakdowns promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team for resolution.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw materials and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production data, downtime, quality rejections, and manpower utilization.
- Training & Development: Train recent operators and upskill the existing team on standard operating procedures, machine handling, and safety protocols.
