Assistant Project Manager (Goa)

About The Role This is not a coordination-only role. This is active site execution leadership. We are looking for a highly proactive Assistant Project Manager who can support and drive execution of a luxury residential project in Anjuna, North Goa, with complete ownership, urgency, and accountability. You will work directly with the Project Manager and management team to ensure timelines are achieved, contractors are controlled, reporting is maintained, and execution moves without delays. If you cannot handle pressure, push contractors, coordinate aggressively, and stay on top of execution daily — this role is not for you. You Will Be Directly Responsible For Site execution support Contractor coordination BOQ tracking billing support Planning reporting Site progress monitoring Quality checks closures Daily execution follow-ups What You Will Be Responsible For Project Execution Support Support end-to-end project execution from excavation to final handover Ensure site activities are executed as per approved timelines Coordinate daily execution activities and maintain workflow continuity Submit execution trackers, progress reports, and pending activity updates regularly Assist in preparation of BOQ, schedules, and planning documentation within 30 days from the Date of Joining Site Contractor Coordination Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and site teams on a daily basis Ensure labour, machinery, and materials are available as per site requirements Follow up aggressively to avoid delays and idle time on site Escalate issues immediately with possible solutions Maintain discipline and accountability among contractors and vendors Planning, ERP Reporting Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using MS Project (MSP)/Primavera Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly execution reports Work efficiently on ERP systems for tracking site activities, billing, and progress Prepare MIS reports, execution trackers, and cost updates using Excel Maintain professional email communication with consultants, vendors, and internal teams Billing, BOQ Cost Monitoring Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity tracking, and contractor billing verification Monitor material consumption and help reduce wastage Track ongoing work packages against approved budgets Support cost control and execution planning activities Quality Compliance Ensure execution quality matches luxury project standards Conduct regular site inspections and snag tracking Ensure safety practices and compliance standards are followed on site Monitor closure of pending and corrective works Coordination Ownership Coordinate with architects, consultants, PM team, and management Attend review meetings and follow up on action points aggressively Take ownership of assigned responsibilities without constant supervision Be proactive, responsive, and execution-focused at all times Who Should Apply We Want Someone Who: Has 8–10 years of hardcore site execution experience Has worked on luxury residential, villa, or high-rise projects Has handled Minimum 1 project from start to end execution support Minimum 1 project from mid-stage to final handover Can work under pressure and manage multiple agencies simultaneously Is strong in execution follow-ups and coordination Understands drawings, BOQs, schedules, billing, and site execution Is proactive and solution-oriented Takes accountability instead of giving excuses Required Skills Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and contractor billing Well-versed in MS Excel, MS Project (MSP), and ERP systems Good qualified email drafting and reporting skills Strong coordination and execution monitoring capabilities Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and site teams effectively Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n7027
