ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Description:
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and guiding social media executives in developing and executing content plans and campaigns. You will act as a bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring all strategies align with the client’s goals and deliverables
Job Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the social media executive team, setting explicit expectations and tracking campaign performance to meet KPIs. Develop and refine innovative, engaging content strategies aligned with client branding, audience preferences, and business objectives, ensuring consistency across platforms. Manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, delegate to social media executives, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met using project management tools. Create and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, while recommending optimizations. Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate recent strategies into campaigns to keep clients ahead of competitors. Develop long-term social media strategies that align with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize impact. Create strategic content calendars and tailor campaigns to meet client objectives, aligning with current industry trends. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and addressing concerns promptly. Track and analyze performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role. Robust understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and campaign management. Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and campaign reporting tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
