Industrial Automation Engineer (Rangareddy)

Key Responsibilities MCC & Panel Design ▸ Design MCCs / control panels and power control panels for BESS, solar PV, and hybrid projects ▸ Develop panel layouts, internal wiring schematics, and busbar configurations ▸ Size and select switchgear, MCBs, contactors, relays, shunts, and protective devices ▸ Prepare detailed BOMs, cable schedules, and panel GA drawings ▸ Ensure all designs meet IEC, NEC, IEEE, and NFPA standards; manage panel FAT and SAT PLC Programming & Automation ▸ Program and test PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, equivalent) for BESS automation, interlocks, and sequencing ▸ Develop and validate control narratives, I/O lists, and logic diagrams ▸ Design and implement protection interlocks, alarm management, and fault response sequences ▸ Configure and test sensors, transmitters, and field instruments integrated with the control system EMS, SCADA & Commissioning ▸ Configure Energy Management System (EMS) logic for optimised BESS charge/discharge dispatch ▸ Develop SCADA/HMI dashboards for real-time monitoring, control, and reporting of BESS systems ▸ Lead control system commissioning, loop checks, and functional testing in office ▸ Support fault diagnosis, debugging, and performance optimisation of deployed systems ▸ Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and as-built documentation Pay: ₹400,000.00
