Role Summary The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Calendar&Schedule Management - Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments. - Prioritize meetings and ensure optimal time management for leadership. - Handle travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics. 2. Communication&Coordination - Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. - Manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. - Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks, meetings, and action items. 3. Administrative Support - Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.- Maintain records, documents, and important files. - Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and basic MIS. 4. Meeting&Event Management - Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and MOMs. - Assist in organizing internal events, leadership meetings, and offsites. 5. Confidentiality&Discretion - Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality. - Maintain professionalism in all interactions. 6. Task&Priority Management - Assist in tracking key projects and deadlines. - Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational tasks. - Support the executive in ad-hoc requirements and personal tasks if needed. Required Qualifications&Experience - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email).- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills - Experience working with senior leadership or founders. - High level of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail. - Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure.
