Job Summary
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage front office activities and be the first point of contact for visitors and calls. The role includes handling calls, supporting HR with joining and exit formalities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages
- Maintain visitor records and manage entry passes
- Ensure reception area is clean and organized
- Support HR in joining formalities (documentation, onboarding coordination)
- Assist in exit formalities (asset collection, documentation, clearance process)
- Manage couriers, emails, and basic office administration
- Maintain records, files, and office supplies
Skills Required
- Good communication and call handling skills
- Basic knowledge of joining and exit processes
- Computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Polite, professional, and organized
