POST: Occupational Therapist/ Pediatric Physiotherapist (Full-Time) LOCATION: NOIDA SECTOR 104 ( EXPERIENCE: 2 years (Pediatrics required) QUALIFICATION: BOT (Bachelor's of Occupational Therapy), Licensed. Join Listening Ears— a leading early intervention and therapy center, and proud partner of Special Olympics Bharat, committed to quality care and inclusive development.MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH: - Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) - ADHD&Global Developmental Delay (GDD) - Cerebral Palsy (CP)&Down Syndrome - Sensory Processing Disorders&Neurodevelopmental Delays KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct detailed OT assessments, therapy planning®ular progress updates. - Provide parent consultations and guide home-based intervention plans. - Parent-focused approach– role includes active counseling and empowerment. - Deliver 50+ quality sessions/week and ensure high client retention. - Mentor junior therapists through feedback, 1:1 coaching, and group trainings.- Actively identify new tools, techniques, and resources to enhance therapy outcomes. - Collaborate effectively with team members and management. - Support organizational goals by participating in workshops, outreach, and awareness events.
