Customer Success Specialist | AppX Job Location: Sec-63, Noida. Experience: 0.6-2 Years Compensation: Max CTC Up to 30K Per Month (Depending upon the last drawn and total experience) Mode: Work from Office Role Description This is a full time role for a Customer Success Manager at AppX (YC S21). The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, retaining customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. Day to Day Establish clear client retention goals Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software Promote the value of the product Upsell services and products with the brand image Promote value through customer experience Assist in creating training courses and educational materials Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience Role Requirements Prior work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role with an E-Learning or Ed-Tech industry. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service Accountability and personal organization are essential Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards Must be fluent in English and Marathi Education background- Min B.tech/BE/BSC At Appx, we aim to make the journey smoother and more rewarding by equipping creators with the right technology and support to thrive in the digital landscape.
