Executive Assistant to Director (Noida)

Position: Executive Assistant (EA) to MD Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month Location: A97 Noida sector 58 Job Summary: We are looking for a smart and proactive Executive Assistant who can efficiently manage day-to-day operations, coordinate between departments, and handle logistics, dispatch, and inventory processes. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all internal departments for smooth operations
- Handle logistics and dispatch activities
- Manage material stock and inventory records
- Maintain proper documentation of stock movement
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery coordination
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams
- Assist management in daily operational tasks
- Maintain reports and update data regularly Required Skills:
