- Make calls to warm leads who have shown interest in financial products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan, insurance, and overdraft solutions
- Guide customers through available offerings from partner banks and financial institutions
- Build customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and timely follow-ups
- Manage and nurture lead pipelines effectively Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates/Postgraduates preferred)

- Prior experience in telesales, B2C sales, customer service, or financial sales is an advantage
