The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, solid in relationship-building, and driven to consistently achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop new business and manage strong shipper and carrier relationships. Drive revenue through exceptional
service and strategic transportation solutions. Generate leads and create new business opportunities in the logistics market using an existing customer base and industry network. Conduct daily outbound sales activities including cold calling, lead follow-ups, email outreach, and relationship building. Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality. Manage the complete freight cycle — booking loads, tracking shipments, confirming deliveries, and providing timely customer updates. Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, CRM updates, load details, and communication logs. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Stay updated with market trends, transportation regulations, and industry changes in freight/logistics.
