- Scheduling: Efficiently manage all appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations for all clinic specialists.
- Communication: Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and patient inquiries (in-person, phone, email) professionally.
- Administration: Manage billing, process payments, and ensure the reception area is always organized and presentable. Required Profile
- Proven experience in a front desk or reception role (clinic, hospital, or hospitality experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
