Description
.Job Profile: Providing administrative support to the office manager or other executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
2.Handling data entry tasks, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
3.Drafting and formatting emails, letters, memos, and other documents. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
4.Greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
5.Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors.
6.Providing basic technical support for office equipment and software.
7.Operating office equipment such as photocopiers, printers to assist with document reproduction and distribution.
8.Arranging tea, coffee, or refreshments to office staff and guests during meetings or breaks.
9.Monitoring access to the office premises, ensuring visitors sign in/out, and reporting any security concerns to appropriate personnel.
10.Keeping track of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies, and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.

Pay: ₹22,000.00
