Client Coordination & Operations Executive (Noida)

Job Title: Client Relations Executive Location: Noida Experience: 2 years minimum (Manufacturing preferred) Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to manage end-to-end coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal production teams. The role requires robust follow-up skills and a clear understanding of manufacturing workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers for purchase schedules, forecasts, and delivery commitments
- Communicate production timelines and dispatch schedules to customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution
- Plan and monitor order execution from raw material to final dispatch
- Coordinate with suppliers for raw material availability and delivery timelines
- Follow up with purchase team for material procurement
- Work closely with production, quality, and dispatch teams for real-time status updates
- Track daily production vs commitments and highlight delays proactively
- Maintain MIS reports for order status, pending dispatch, and customer commitments
- Ensure smooth communication flow between all departments Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferably die casting / engineering)
- Comfortable with Excel and basic reporting
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple customers simultaneously Preferred Profile:
- Experience in B2B manufacturing environment
- Understanding of production planning / supply chain
- Problem-solving mindset and accountability Salary: As per experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00
