Job Title: Customer Support & Operations Intern Company: BuildAmbit (RSP India Group) Location: Sector 62, Noida (On-site, full-time) Duration: 6 Months Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month Start Date: Immediate About the Role BuildAmbit is looking for a Customer Support & Operations Intern who will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for our enrolled students. This is a hybrid role combining student support (front-facing) and operations execution (backend coordination). The ideal candidate is someone who is responsive, organized, and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish. Key Responsibilities 1. Student Support (Front-End)
- Act as the first point of contact for student queries via WhatsApp, calls, and email
- Provide quick, explicit, and accurate responses
- Resolve common issues related to sessions, access, and program flow
- Maintain a professional and empathetic communication style 2. Operations & Coordination (Back-End)
- Track and manage:
- Student onboarding
- Attendance and participation
- Pending queries/issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (Program, Sales, Mentors, SMEs) to ensure timely execution
- Maintain and update daily trackers (Google Sheets/CRM)
- Ensure no task or student request is missed 3. Follow-Ups & Issue Closure
- Proactively follow up with:
- Students for pending actions
- Internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure end-to-end closure of every query 4. Escalation Handling
- Identify critical or delayed issues
- Escalate with proper context and urgency
- Track escalations until resolution Skills & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication (English & Hindi)
- High responsiveness and time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic knowledge of:
- Google Sheets
- Communication tools (WhatsApp, email) Key Traits (Non-Negotiable)
- Ownership mindset (takes responsibility, not just passes information)
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure Good to Have
- Prior experience in customer support / EdTech / operations
