Office / Administration Assistant We are hiring an organized and proactive Office / Administration Assistant for our institute. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining records, managing calls and emails, coordinating with staff and students, and supporting smooth office operations. Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and documentation
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain student and office records
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Assist with data entry and basic reporting
- Ensure proper office organization and support staff as needed Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work professionally Experience: 1–2 years preferred Job Type: Full-time Location: Noida Pay: ₹20,000.00
