Office Operations Executive (Noida)

The Office Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, administrative operations, and travel arrangements. The role focuses on cost optimization, timely execution of tasks, and strict adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendors Manage sourcing, negotiation, RFQs/RFPs, PO processing, delivery tracking, and vendor records. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, execution, and budget control. Administration Oversee office operations, facilities, AMCs, utilities, assets, and inventory. Ensure policy compliance, documentation, and provide support to HR, IT, and Finance. Travel Management Handle domestic and international travel bookings as per company policy. Maintain travel records, expenses, vendor bills, and support travel documentation (Support visa, passport, etc). Compliance & Reporting Maintain procurement and administrative documentation as per SOPs. Prepare MIS reports on procurement, travel, and administrative costs.

Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 2–4 years’ experience in procurement/admin/travel roles. Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills. Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
