Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and analytical SEO Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks and drive organic traffic and leads for the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles.
- Perform ongoing SEO audits and performance monitoring, identifying and resolving technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations.
- Optimize for local SEO and multilingual/multinational SEO strategies targeting regions like Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, and others. Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (preferably in the education or ed-tech industry).
- In-depth knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration is a plus.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SEO for international education or study abroad companies.
- Basic understanding of paid search and social media marketing.
