Job Opening: Mechanical Design Team Lead Pallet ASRS** Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Department: R&D; Job Responsibilities Lead design and development of pallet-based ASRS systems Work on stacker cranes, shuttles, racking structures, and conveyor integration Manage end-to-end product development (concept, 3D design, prototyping, testing, validation) Develop innovative and cost-effective ASRS components Prepare engineering documentation, BOMs, and design calculations Collaborate with software, controls, and application teams for system integration Optimize mechanical structures for load, durability, and manufacturability Stay updated with global ASRS design standards (DIN, FEM, ISO) Lead and mentor a team of 2 3 design engineers Coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams Education B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience 7 10 years experience in Pallet-based ASRS systems Minimum 3 years experience in team leadership Skills Required Knowledge of bearings, sensors, servo motors, and conveyor components Experience with 3D CAD tools (Creo / Pro-E) Understanding of structural design, sheet metal, welded assemblies Experience with FEA/CAE tools (ANSYS or similar) Knowledge of GD&T; and mechanical design calculations Understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, laser cutting) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word Perks Exposure to advanced warehouse automation technologies Opportunity to work on innovative R&D; projects Chance to create new products and intellectual property Work in a dynamic engineering workplace Industry-standard salary with strong growth opportunities Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
