Junior - R&D Design Engineer (Noida)

WE ARE Hiring !!!! Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (R&D;) Location: Noida (U.P) Department: R&D; Job Summary
- Responsible for mechanical design and calculations for new and existing products
- Work at the core of innovation and product development
- Involved from concept stage to final product release Key Responsibilities
- Participate in new product development to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions
- Develop and design new concepts from initial stage to market launch
- Maintain proper documentation across all R&D; phases
- Improve product ergonomics and aesthetic design
- Perform structural analysis and suggest design improvements
- Identify issues in existing products and recommend enhancements
- Work on 2D & 3D design software for product development
- Coordinate with electrical and assembly teams for design optimization Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience Required
- 2 4 years of experience in Automotive / Material Handling industry Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of:
- Bearings, sensors, pneumatic actuators, hydraulics, motors
- Conveyor components
- Strong understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Strong theoretical and calculation skills
- Proficiency in:
- Creo / Pro-E
- AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Added advantage:
- Knowledge of electrical components & motor systems
- Experience with conveyors, sorters, packaging machines
