- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Identify and assess customer's' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Eligibility
- Positive English communication skill is required.
- Graduation is required.
- Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
- Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
