Key Responsibilities Make calls to warm leads who have shown interest in financial products Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan, insurance, and overdraft solutions Guide customers through available offerings from partner banks and financial institutions Build customer relationships and deliver excellent service Meet performance goals and contribute to team success Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and timely follow-ups Manage and nurture lead pipelines effectively
Candidate Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates/Postgraduates preferred) Freshers are welcome to apply Prior experience in telesales, B2C sales, customer service, or financial sales is an advantage Positive interpersonal skills Self-motivated and responsible approach to work Ability to manage high call volumes and work independently

Work Details Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Work Location: B-3, ACPL Tower, 3rd Floor, Sector 6, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 15 (Exit Gate 3)
