Key Responsibilities Calendar & Scheduling Manage the founder’s daily calendar. Block, reschedule, prioritize meetings ruthlessly. Ensure zero conflicts and zero time-wasters. Communication Handling Draft, respond, and manage emails/messages. Maintain skilled, crisp communication. Follow up with clients, vendors, and team without needing reminders. Documentation & Reporting Prepare reports, summaries, MOMs. Maintain docs: contracts, proposals, invoices. Keep everything organized and accessible instantly. Task & Project Coordination Track ongoing tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate between departments to keep workflows frictionless. Anticipate issues before they become problems. Travel & Logistics Book travel, stay, meetings, events. Handle itineraries with accuracy and clarity. Research & Data Work Conduct quick, reliable research. Create briefs, comparative sheets, and actionable insights. Personal Assistance (as required) Handle personal tasks that save the founder’s time. Maintain confidentiality and trust.

Skills & Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication. Extreme attention to detail. Proactive — doesn’t wait to be told twice. Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM tools. Highly organized and reliable. Ability to manage pressure and rapid-paced workflows.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years experience in admin/EA/operations role. Strong command over English.
