Senior Structural Engineer (Noida)

Job Description Your key responsibilities
- Guide and support junior designers through mentoring, technical coaching, and design reviews
- Prepare and verify structural calculations in accordance with Eurocodes and Finnish national standards
- Perform and support 3D modeling as part of the design and coordination process
- Review and validate calculations, drawings, and models to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure designs meet applicable regulations, standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate and review the structural design and deliverables towards local finnish client and contractor demands
- Take responsibility for the quality of structural designs and deliverables
- Ability to coordinate and drive issues to the end by proactive communication with other engineers Qualifications We expect that you have
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Over 10 years of experience in structural design
- Proficient use of RFEM, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD
- At least 3 years of experience working on projects in the Nordic countries
- Experience in project management
- Proven track record with reference projects in industrial and public sector projects
- Ability to work independently
- Robust sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to monitor and continuously improve quality
- Ability to apply local country-specific quality requirements in daily work We appreciate if you have
- Experience in a supervisory or line management role
- Experience with Finnish design projects
- Knowledge of building physics
- Familiarity with Eurocode Finnish national annexes
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering (EU)
