About The Opportunity A rapid-scaling SaaS powerhouse driving global customer acquisition through data-led performance marketing, we build scalable growth engines for B2B and B2C tech products. Our team blends creative experimentation with rigorous ROI analytics to turn ad spend into predictable revenue—across paid search, social, programmatic, and emerging channels.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own full-funnel growth, scale acquisition at efficiency, and translate marketing data into boardroom-ready insights. Role & Responsibilities Own P&L; for all paid acquisition channels—budget allocation, CPA optimization, and LTV/CAC balancing across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads. Lead A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS. Collaborate with Product & Sales to align messaging with funnel stages and track conversion lift from campaigns to pipeline. Build and automate performance dashboards (Looker, Google Data Studio) to visualize channel efficiency, attribution, and forecast KPIs. Manage agency partners and in-house creatives to produce high-impact, performance-driven assets (video, static, UGC). Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts and testing current channels or bid strategies (e.g., PMax, Advantage+, automated bidding).
