Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in Noida for a Fashion Designer & Content Creator at Confidential company. The role involves researching trends, fabrics, trims, and colors; developing seasonal collections; creating detailed tech packs and design specifications; and collaborating with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to translate concepts into manufacturable products. The Fashion Designer will sketch designs (manual or digital), develop mood boards and CADs, and work closely with sampling teams to review fits, finishes, and quality. As a Content Creator, the role includes producing visual and written content for lookbooks, product catalogs, social media, and presentations, as well as coordinating with photography, styling, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling. The position requires regular communication with internal stakeholders and, when needed, with clients to present design ideas and refine collections to meet target markets and price points.

Qualifications

Robust foundation in fashion design, including trend research, sketching, fabric selection, color coordination, and collection development.
