We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer & Video Editor with strong expertise in UI/UX design, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools. Role Overview As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets and engaging videos for websites, products, social media, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver impactful creative outputs while leveraging AI tools to improve speed, innovation, and quality. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design & Brand Creatives
- Design creatives for websites, landing pages, social media, advertisements, presentations, and campaigns.
- Develop brochures, infographics, banners, pitch decks, and sales enablement assets.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual communication. 2. Video Editing & Motion Design
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, podcasts, webinars, demos, and promotional campaigns.
- Create reels, shorts, explainer videos, and ad creatives.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, audio enhancements, and effects. 3. UI/UX & Product Design
- Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, dashboards, and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. 4. AI-Enabled Design & Editing
- Use AI tools for image generation, enhancement, captioning, and rapid design variations.
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, and creative optimization. 5. Marketing & Growth Support
- Design performance marketing creatives for LinkedIn, Google, and Meta campaigns.
- Create visuals for blogs, case studies, and lead-generation assets.
- Optimize creatives based on campaign engagement and performance insights. 6. Ownership & Collaboration
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously.
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

- Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design, motion graphics, and video editing work. Preferred Experience
- Experience working with SaaS, B2B, healthcare, or technology companies.
- Understanding of branding and performance marketing.
