Role Description This is a full time, on-site E-commerce Executive (Shopify / D2C) role based in Noida. The E-commerce Executive will manage and optimize the brand's Shopify store and D2C channels, including product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and on-site merchandising. Responsibilities include monitoring daily sales performance, tracking key e-commerce metrics, and generating reports to support data-driven decisions. The role involves executing promotional campaigns, coordinating with marketing and design teams for banners and landing pages, and ensuring seamless user experience across web and mobile. The E-commerce Executive will also handle customer account queries related to orders, payments, returns, and will collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high service standards. Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to track KPIs, interpret sales data, monitor campaign performance, and recommend actions based on insights.
- Experience in Account Management for D2C platforms, including managing customer accounts, resolving queries, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive revenue, support promotions, and contribute to channel growth targets.
- Team Management experience to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, operations, and support teams, and coordinate cross-functional tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms), catalog management, and basic understanding of e-commerce SEO and CRO best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
