Role Description This is a full-time, in office logistics executive role based in Noida. The logistics executive will coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, including planning dispatches, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment for B2B clients. The role involves managing inventory movements between the warehouse and processing facility, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and supporting temperature-controlled storage requirements. The logistics executive will liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve delays, discrepancies, and service issues while optimizing routes, loads, and logistics costs. The position also includes preparing logistics documentation, supporting basic demand and supply planning, and providing regular status updates and reports to the operations and sales teams.

Qualifications

Robust logistics and operations skills, including logistics management and supply chain management, with experience in coordinating shipments and warehouse activities.

Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, transport partners, and B2B clients.
