The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills along with experience in handling outbound/inbound dialing systems efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day dialer operations for outbound and inbound campaigns
- Create, configure, and optimize dialing campaigns
- Monitor dialer productivity and campaign performance metrics
- Upload, manage, and segment calling databases
- Generate MIS reports and analyze operational performance
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Management teams for smooth execution
- Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with calling processes and operational standards
- Prepare reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Dialer Management / Call Center Operations
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities Preferred Dialer Platforms: ▪ Ameyo ▪ Ozonetel ▪ Avaya ▪ Genesys Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong problem-solving mindset
