Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Google Ads Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI/ROAS.
- Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management.
- Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of lead generation and e-commerce advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Meta Ads is a plus.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and performance-focused mindset.
