Job Title: Backend Executive – Personal Loan Company: Vinsat Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Location: B-03, H-159, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301 Experience: 0–3 Years Job Summary: Vinsat Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a detail-oriented Backend Executive to handle end-to-end processing of personal loan applications. The role involves documentation, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth and timely loan disbursement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal loan files from login to disbursement
- Verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.)
- Coordinate with sales team, clients, and partner banks/NBFCs
- Maintain MIS reports and update application status regularly
- Follow up with financial institutions for approvals and disbursals
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies
- Handle discrepancies and resolve issues in loan files
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for efficient processing Required Skills:
- Knowledge of personal loan process and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Solid attention to detail and file management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
