Logistics Coordinator (Noida)

Logistics Coordinator – About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our day-to-day dispatch and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between warehouses, transport partners, distributors and internal teams to enable timely and temperature-sensitive deliveries across India. This role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency, delivery quality especially within the food and cold-chain ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Dispatch Management
- Coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries across multiple cities.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Manage cold-chain logistics and ensure temperature-sensitive products are handled properly.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, transport vendors and delivery partners.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and route planning for efficient movement. Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for logistics vendors and transport partners.
- Resolve delivery delays, damages, temperature breaches or operational escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local logistics partners. Operations Monitoring
- Track orders from dispatch to final delivery.
- Maintain daily logistics MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs for packaging, handling, and shipment processes. Communication & Escalation Handling
- Handle urgent operational issues proactively.
- Ensure timely communication in case of delays or shipment exceptions. Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, PODs, and transport documentation.
- Assist in stock coordination between warehouses and fulfilment centers. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, dispatch operations, or cold-chain management preferred.
- Experience in food, FMCG, D2C, or startup ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Good communication and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational tracking tools. Preferred Skills
- Understanding of cold-chain logistics.
- Strong ownership mindset and operational discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple cities and vendors simultaneously.
