Job Objective: Objective of this role is to improve product adoption and usage by setting up product training for the paid clients (recruiters / HRs / entrepreneurs). :
- Making outbound calls to the recruiters / HRs / entrepreneurs of the paid clients to convince & schedule online training slots for them
- Understanding their hiring outlook & accordingly pitching the right training module
- Ensuring that all the clients and users are getting trained on Naukri services
- Ensuring effective usage of Naukri services at client's end by scheduling training at regular intervals
- Handling client objections effectively & diverting the same to the concerned department or team
- Coordinating with the sales team to provide inputs for upselling / cross selling
- Ensuring that the trainers' time slots are being booked as per clients training needs and availability . Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure Desired Skills:
- Candidates with prior experience in client handling / BPO Voice process will be preferred
