- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain records of calls, conversations, and customer details
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and issue resolution
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer experience during interactions Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred
