- Tele Sales Loan Executive Company Name – Money infinity Reporting To
- Team Leader Job Type- Full-Time Location- Sector- 4 Noida (near metro station sector-16) Salary: 14k to 20k per month (Depend on your experience) incentive up to 28,000 About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Loan Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting loan products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful loan applications. Roles & Responsibilities Contact potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Explain loan products and services in a clear and professional manner. Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan options. Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Follow up with interested customers to ensure closure of sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales (Small targets). Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software systems. Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for loan processing. Resolve customer queries and provide end-to-end support during the loan process. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass Graduate preferred Experience 0–1 Year of experience in Banking Sector, tele sales, or loan sales. Required Skills Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English Target-oriented and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email) Experience in Banking / NBFC / loan tele calling preferred Knowledge of Personal Loan, OD, eligibility & documentation Ability to convince and handle customer objections Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred: Personal Loans Business Loans Credit Cards Banking / NBFC Sales Financial Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of calls made per day Lead generation and conversion ratio Customer follow-up efficiency Revenue generation What We Offer Fixed salary High incentives Professional growth opportunities Supportive work setting Training and skill development Performance-based rewards and recognition.
