Security Manager (Noida)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely detection, containment, and resolution.
- Develop and implement incident response plans, procedures, and playbooks to ensure effective handling of security breaches.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify vulnerabilities through threat hunting exercises and develop strategies for remediation.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SOX regulations. Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in a similar role within IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of SIEM tools such as LogRhythm or QRadar; knowledge of SOAR platforms like Phantom or Demisto is an added advantage.
