- Rubber Industry Our rubber manufacturing factory in Noida Sector 7 requires an experienced Production Supervisor. Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure daily production targets are met. Manage floor workers and labor. Prepare daily production reports and minimize wastage. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Requirements: Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as a supervisor in the rubber industry is mandatory. Education: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical/Plastic/Rubber Technology) or Graduate. Skills: Valuable understanding of rubber processes and basic computer (Excel) knowledge. Pay: ₹25,000.00
