Description
Role & responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Qualification
- Manage both inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with the sales team.
- Evaluate and qualify prospects based on their business needs and technical requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems. 2. Presales & Solution Support
- Lead and drive presales activities throughout the sales lifecycle, from qualification to closure.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Provide accurate effort estimations, feasibility assessments, and scope definitions. 3. Proposal & Documentation
- Develop high-quality proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and technical documentation.
- Support the sales process with well-structured presentations and solution documents. 4. Collaboration & Handover
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to advance opportunities.
