Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida for a Personality Development Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive personality development programs, including soft skills enhancement, communication improvement, and confidence building. Daily tasks will involve conducting interactive training sessions, providing one-on-one mentoring, developing training materials, analyzing client needs, and reporting progress. The role includes applying research and writing skills for content preparation and leveraging social media for audience engagement and program promotion. Qualifications
- Expertise in Personality Development and Training for individuals and groups
- Proficiency in Research and Writing for creating engaging and impactful training materials
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms for content distribution and program promotion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and mentor participants
- Proven ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences and learning styles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Communications is preferred
